Age 77, passed away Sunday evening, August 24, 1975 in the Lakeview Community Hospital, Paw Paw, following a two month illness. He was born November 22, 1897 in Portland, Indiana, son of George and Minnie (Mason) Price. He was married June 2, 1923 in Marcellus to Clare M. Adams, who survives. He served in the Navy during World War I and he lived the past forty years in Kalamazoo and previous to that in Marcellus. He was employed at the Clausing Corp., Kalamazoo, for 25 years. Besides his wife, he is survived by twin daughters, Mrs. Sueann House of Parchment and Mrs. Sharlann Munson of Kalamazoo; four grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Harold (Wanda) Ward of Marcellus; one step-sister, Florence Kirk of Reading, Pa.; one brother, Charles of Paw Paw; cousins; nieces and nephews. One grandson preceded him in death. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Romig Funeral Home, Rev. Darrell Engle of the Harmony Chapel Missionary Church officiating. Burial in the Marcellus Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 this evening.
