Mrs. Fullmer was born in Idaho to Everet and Hulda Blood. She came to Klamath Falls in 1947 with her husband, Don Fullmer, who worked for Weyerhaeuser Co. and for the state and county road departments. He died in 1965.
She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
In addition to her daughter she is survived by a son, Emil Rukavina, Pierce, Idaho; stepson Myron Fuller, Rexburg, Idaho; brother, Vernal Blood, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Virgil Blood, Ogden, Utah; sisters, Velma Grieg and Lena Shoup, Longview, Wash.; Mildred Bloom, Parker, Idaho; Melba Moore, Ryderwood, Wash.; also six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
