Mr. Grady A. Youngblood, age 80, of Dahlonega, GA and formerly of Buford, GA passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2010. He was preceded in death by his sons, Jerry Youngblood and Ronnie Youngblood; parents, Johnny and Flora Youngblood; sisters, Mamie Waycaster and Ruby Johnston; and brother, Herman Youngblood. He is survived by his wife of sixty-one years, Eloise Gilbert Youngblood, Cumming, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Elaine and Jason Johnson, Gainesville, GA; sons and daughters-in-law, Wyndel and Doris Youngblood, Clarkesville, GA, Alan and Beth Youngblood, Dahlonega, GA and Rev. Michael and Lynn Youngblood, Dahlonega, GA; ten grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Rosa Lee Henderson, Cleveland, GA, Reba and Myron Hunt, Commerce, GA, Mildred and Edward Carr, Buford, GA, Grace and Jack Cole, Alpharetta, GA and Johnnie Mae Hayes, Cumming, GA; brothers, Hoyt Youngblood, Monroe, GA and Gene Youngblood, Cleveland, GA; sister-in-law, Margie Youngblood, Buford, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Youngblood was born March 7, 1930 in White County, GA. He was a retired scuba diver instructor and also owned and operated Aqua Sports in Buford, GA. He was a member of Riverside Baptist Church in Buford, GA. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 6, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Youngblood and Rev. Arthur Southerland officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Baptist Church Cemetery in Buford, GA.
