Raymond E. Moore III, 40, was found dead by his son about noon January 27, at his residence in Richmond. The cause of death has not been determined, although officials believe he died of natural causes. He was engaged in farming and ranching in Fort Bend County. Survivors include a son, Raymond E. Moore IV of Richmond; parents Mr. and Mrs. James R. Atkins of Richmond; and a sister, Mrs. Cheryl Martin of Sugar Land.
