Daniel was Revolutionary War Patriot.Fought in American Revolutionary War. He was a Lieutanant in Virginia line 1776 at Brandywine where he was commissioned Captain and served until 1783. Moved to Kenton's Station about 1784-1788 and by 1802 had moved across the Ohio River, first to Clermont County (now Brown) and thereafter, about 1809, to Paint Creek, Fayette County, OH. Died while visiting daughter in Brown County.
