Benjamin was married twice, first to Rebecca Bennett, then to Sarah Ann Cunningham.

DIED THIS MORNING.

Benjamin F. Eads died at his home on North Franklin street about four o'clock this morning after a week's illness with pneumonia. He was 72 years old and leaves one son, Arthur Eads, his wife having died about two years ago. He has lived here continuously since 1869, having come here from Schuyler county, Ill., and he was for a number of years in the green house business.

He was a member of the Odd Fellow Lodge and will be buried by that organization tomorrow afternoon at Llewellyn Cemetery.

DIED.

EADS--At his home on North Franklin street, of pneumonia, Wednesday morning Mr. B.F. Eads, aged 72 years.

He was born in Rushville, Ill., April 9, 1836, and came to Adair county, Missouri, in 1869. He is survived by one son, A.H. Eads, of this city and a stepson, W.L. Burnett, of Ottumwa, Iowa. Three brothers and three sisters also survive him, his being the first death in a family of seven children, of whom he was the eldest. Funeral took place from the home Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Funeral service at the home was conducted by Rev. G.W. Sharp. Funeral service at the grave was under the auspices of the Odd Fellows, he being a prominent member of that order. Burial in Llewellyn cemetery.
