Mrs. Windland, 77, of East Freedom RD 1, died at 8:40 pm Monday, May 11, 1992, at the United Presbyterian Home, Hollidaysburg.
Known as Dolly, Mrs. Wineland was employed at the Blair County Community Action Agency from 1966 to 1982.
She was born Feb. 13 1915, in Altoona, the daughter of Harry and M. Lillian Glass. She married Harold W. Wineland on Aug 3, 1935, in Elkton, MD. He died May 22, 1970.
Surviving are two daughters: Sharon Alderiso and Janis Loucks of East Freedom and five grandchildren.
Mrs. Wineland was a member of the Vicksburg Grace Brethren Church.
She was a former member and past president of Freedom Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary.
Mrs. Wineland was a 1933 graduate of Hollisdysburg High School.
