Mr. Percy Snowberger, driving toward Ridgely Tuesday night, struck a telephone pole at the corner beyond Stevenson's and met his death. He was a son of the late O.K. Snowberger, nephew of Joseph Snowberger and Mrs. Ed. Morris, of this place, and brother of Mrs. Hannah Cooper. He had lived until recently on Mrs. Cooper's place, but recently moved to Denton. It is said that it was his habit to drive with extreme swiftness. he leaves a widow.

The funeral of Mr. Percy Snowberger was held in the Ridgely Church of the Brethren last Saturday afternoon, the service being conducted by Rev. Bernard King, assisted by Rev. L.R. Brumbaugh. Interment was in Ridgely cemetery.
