Service wil be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Elliott-Hamil Funeral Homes Chapel of Faith, 5701 Highway 277 South, with the Rev. Jack Hardy officiating. Burial will be in Elliott-Hamil Garden of Memories.
Mr. Foster was born in Abilene. He graduated from Cooper High School and attended Hardin-Simmons University. He was employed by Missouri Pacific Railroad for many years before going to work for AutoGas Inc. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church.
He is survived by his mother, Rebecca Foster,of Abilene; daughter, Emily Rebecca Foster of Abilene; two brothers, Richard Foster, Eddie Foster, both of Abilene; a sister, Peggy Woods of Abilene; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
