PALESTINE - April 17. Funeral services for Mrs. J. C. Hodges, 74, who died at her home near Grapeland, were held at the Guiceland Cemetery, near Salmon, with" Rev. C. Copeland of Slocum officiating.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Homer Hodges, of Salmon; two daughters, Mrs. Ruby Mclver of Grapeland and Mrs. Effie Wallace; brother, John Elisor, Grapeland; sister, Mrs. Mary Gray, Elkhart.
