Carlisle, Pa., April 4 - Worried over the illness of a brother who was operated upon recently, Frank Cornman, Carlisle's veteran "newsboy", committed suicide by drowning himself in the Conodaguinet creek (sic). Several boys saw him divest himself of his outer garments and deliberately walk into the icy waters. His body was found about half an hour after the alarm was given. He was 57 years old and had delivered city papers for more than 40 years.
