FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MATRON

Funeral services were held in Oasis Thursday afternoon for Mrs. Emma Hansen Ward, who died Tuesday in Salt Lake City following a long illness. Mrs. Ward was born Sept. 6, 1883, the daughter of Lars and Agnes Hansen. She lived most of her life at Oasis and was married there to William Ward who died many years ago. Several years ago she moved to Salt Lake City with her children. She is survived by three sons, Lars A., Arthur R. and Wm. Ward and one daughter Mrs. George Lundberg all of Salt Lake City. Also the following brothers and sisters, Evan Hansen and Mrs. C. Wagner, Salt Lake City, Lars Hansen and Mrs. Cecil Cahoon of Oasis and Mrs. C. L. Billinbeck of Los Angeles. The members of the family were all here for the services.
