Mrs. Murray, who formerly lived at 208 North Parkhill street, had resided the last two years with another daughter, Mrs. W. K. Herrell, 403 Charlotte Road, Marion. She had been a West Frankfort resident for 40 years.
Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. McCrary and Mrs. Herrell, Mrs. Harold Sinks and Mrs. Jesse Cremer of West Frankfort; Mrs. Hosea Bearden, Edwardsville, and Miss Lillian Murray, Webster Groves, Mo.
Also surviving are one brother, Tom Henderson, West Frankfort, and four sisters Mrs. Henry Burerkle, West Frankfort; Mrs. Alex Smeaton, Sparta [Illinois]; Mrs. Irvin Case, Redwood City, Calif. and Mrs. Ray Wilkie, Burbank, Cailf.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Murray was a member of the First Methodist church and the Georgianna chapter of the Eastern Star. The body will lie in state after 6 p.m., today at the Reedy funeral home, 604 East Main street.
Funeral services will be observed at 10 a.m., Monday at the First Methodist church with Dr. Frank E. Harris, Edwardsville, former pastor of the local church, in charge.
Burial will be in Tower Heights cemetery.
