Velda M. Howell, 77, of Houston died Nov 10 at her residence. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. today at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home Chapel in Houston with graveside service at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Forest Lawn Cemetery under the direction of Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home in Houston. A native of Anahuac and former resident of Beaumont, she lived in Houston many years. Survivors include her husband, Avery Lowell Howell Sr. of Houston; son Avery Lowell Howell Jr. of Houston; brothers Merle Jenny and Carl Jenny, both of Beaumont; and one grandchild.
