A tragic turn in the vehicle/pedestrian accident on Gregoire Drive. 15 year old Briana Kowaluk, who was struck by a gravel truck, passed away Saturday in Edmonton. Briana was a student at Father Mercredi High School. As a result 22 year old Paul McKay of Fort McMurray has been arrested and charged with Criminal Negligence causing death and Dangerous Driving causing death
