In 1910 she and her parents and three brothers and a sister lived on a farm in Wilmington Township, Mercer County, PA that they owned, with a mortgage.

In 1920 she and her parents and two sisters and two brothers lived in a house on Neshannock Avenue near North Mercer Street in New Wilmington, PA. Her father owned the house, mortgage free, and worked as a laborer and assistant janitor. Her sister Mary worked as a servant in a dining room, likely at Westminster College. Her oldest sister was married, and her husband Walt and their daughter Alta were all living with them. Walt worked as a laborer in the tin mill.

In 1930 she and her husband and their son Raymond lived in a house at 50 Baggott Street in West Haven, CT that they were renting for $30 a month. They had a radio. Julius worked as a builder of pipe organs.

In 1940 she and Julius and their three children, Raymond, Charles, and Mabel, lived in a house they were renting for $30 a week at 2762 Stafford Street in Pittsburgh, PA. Julius worked as a pipe organ builder with his own organ business. In 1939 he earned $960 for 32 weeks of work.

In 1950 she and her husband and their two youngest children lived in a house at 2710 Glasgow Street in Pittsburgh. Julius worked servicing pipe organs for an organ servicing company.

"Married Julius H. DeWick and lives in the Sheraden section of Pittsburgh. Julius DeWick was a pipe organ builder for many years until his hearing became impaired. He has a "green thumb" and his hobby is growing dahlias. They are active members of the Pittsburgh Dahlia Club."
