Velma Boal, 89, of Jefferson Hills, died Saturday, November 20, 2010. She was born in Jefferson Township, August 8, 1921, one of eight children of Victor and Isabelle (Haughton) Brown. She attended the Wesleyan Church in Elizabeth. In addition to her parents, Velma was preceded in death by her husband Keith F. Boal, who died March 19, 1990, and all of her siblings.
