Retired Star City Man,
Dies; Rites Wednesday
Winamac, May 22—Henry Albert
Anders, 87, resident of the
Star City community most of his
life, where he was a farmer, died
at 5 o'clock this evening at the
Sincroft nursing home North
Manchester, In., for some time, he
had been taken there about three
weeks ago.
Born June 17, 1863, near Star
City, he was the son of Richard
and Naomi Anders.
His wife preceded him in death.
Survivors are two adopted children:
Wilbur Anders, Bowling
Green, Ky. and Mrs. Gervae Eva,
Star City.
The body is at the Fry & Lange
funeral home and will remain
there until 1 o'clcok Wednesday.
It will then be taken to Victor
Chapel church, east of Star City.
to lie in state one hour before rites
at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in the
adjoining cemetery.
