Mrs. Billingsley died December 23 in Cookeville General Hospital.
She was a native of Jackson County, the daughter of the late Andy and Lucinda Hulcher Pippin and the widow of Cleve Billingsley.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Bethel Newport of Cookeville and Mrs. Raymond Wood of Nashville; two sisters, Mrs. Betty Jackson, Phoenix, Ariz. and Mrs. Fannie Birdwell of Jackson County.
Burial was in the Crest Lawn Cemetery.
