Berniece A. Grumstrup, 82, of Clinton, died Sunday at Mercy North Hospital.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at St. Paul Lutheran Church with the Rev. Paul Axness officiating. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Clinton Chapel Snell Zornig Dennis A. Lemke Funeral Homes and Crematory with a Women of the Moose service at 7 p.m.
She was born Aug. 27, 1921, in Clinton to Herman and Anna Hilbert Timm. She married Walter Grumstrup on Sept. 28, 1941, in Clinton. She was a 1939 graduate of Clinton High School. She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, a member of the Women of the Moose, past senior regent and College and Friendship.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Linda (Francis) Jensen of Clinton and Mrs. Ellyne (Edward) Bursott of Clinton; one granddaughter; two grandsons; three great-granddaughters; and one great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, two brothers and two sisters.
