Rites Held Here Today For Former Resident
Jesse Hazelrigg, 53 years of age, a former resident of Boone county, died Saturday morning at 3:45 o'clock in the City hospital, Indianapolis, from injuries
received in an accident in that city Wednesday night. He was thrown from a truck at the corner of New York and Fulton Streets.
Funeral services were held this morning at ten o'clock at the Bratton Brothers funeral home with the Rev. Harrison H. Dickey officiating. Burial was made in Dover cemetery.
Mr. Hazelrigg was born in Boone county and spent the early part of his life near Hazelrigg and in Lebanon, moving to Indianapolis twelve years ago. At the time
of his death he was living at 104 S. Davidson Street, Indianapolis. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. John E. Hazelrigg, both of whom are deceased.
He was married in Lebanon to Miss Nannie Patton who passed away, March 14, 1922. Surviving him are six children, Mrs. Mary McKaney of Cloverdale, Misses Juanita and Louise Hazelrigg of Indianapolis, Edward Hazelrigg of Ft. Benjamin
Harrison, Earl Hazelrigg of Ashland and Paul Hazelrigg of Lebanon; two brothers, Emmet Hazelrigg and Fay Hazelrigg of Lebanon, and three sisters, Mrs. Leana Cochman of Indianapolis and Mrs. Flossie Wills and Mrs. Clara Sines of Lebanon.
