Thomas P. Miller


Mr. Thomas P. Miller, 63, of Allegheny Road, Buffalo Mills, died at 7:29 AM, Saturday, November 20th, 2010 at UPMC Montifiore Hospital , Pittsburgh.

Mr. Miller was born in Windber on Thursday, January 2, 1947, the son of the late Daniel S. and Freda C. (Hillegass) Miller.

On December 23, 1967, he married Carole F. (Miller) Miller, whom survives him. He was preceded in death by his brother, James Miller

Tom served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a 1965 Graduate of Chestnut Ridge High School. He attended Allegheny Community College in Pittsburgh, where he earned his Associates Degree in Electronics. He was employed with AT&T in Pittsburgh as a communication technician for 33 years. Tom was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ in Dry Ridge and enjoyed farming his land in West End.

A Graveside Service will be held at Fishertown Cemetery at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 23rd 2010, with Rev. Homer Duppstadt officiating.
