Ezekiel Buffington was born in PA about 1740-1742. He moved South with his parents about 1754. This is on page 203 of the "Buffington Family in America" Written by the joint effort of the Buffington Family. Published in 1965. I have a copy of it. There is another memorial page for this same person but it has the wrong place of birth. He was not born in Scotland. When she changes the birth place to PA then I will take this page down.
The immigrant was Richard Buffington who came to America from England in 1676 on the ship Griffin. He first came to West New Jersey and then to Chester Co., PA. Richard is mentioned in the history of Chester Co., PA.
