Great-grandfather John Almony native of England supposed to have been stolen when a child of four and brought to America, before the Revolutionary War, and reared in VA; m. a wealthy Scotch lady in England. Grandfather, William Almony, b. in Balto. Albert m. Mrs. Johanna Hoshall, nee Hampshire (formerly w/o Nelson Hoshall), of Baltimore Co, when 34; she is a member of United Brethren Church; she had son, Clarence M. Hoshall, by first marriage. A democrat. Traveling salesman of fertilizers and identified with agricultural interests.
