Services will be at 11 am Wednesday in St Mark's Lutheran Church, Monroeville, for William M Spieth, 84 of RR2, Monroeville. He died at 1:45 am Monday in Parkview Memorial Hospital. Mr Spieth, an Allen County native, was a retired farmer. He had also worked for General Electric Co, retiring in 1960. He was an Army veteran of World War I. Surviving are four sons, Adam, Daniel, Cletus and John, all of Fort Wayne; a daughter, Janice Voirol of New Haven; two sisters, Clara Bender and Gladys Kitzmiller, both of Fort Wayne; and two brothers, Darrell of Fort Wayne and Kenneth of Placerville, Calif. Friends may call from 2 to 9 pm today at Marquart Funeral Home, Monroeville, and after 10 am Wednesday at the church. Burial will be in Monroeville Cemetery.
