NEWVILLE Glenn M. "Burkie" Burkholder, 73, of 8 Springfield Ave. died yesterday at home.
He was retired from the Navy Ships Parts Control Center, Hampden Twp., and was a member of Church of the Brethren.
Surviving are his wife, Isabel Bowers Burkholder; a son, Ronald G. of Myerstown; two daughters, Dianna K. Jumper of Newville, and Connie R. Tichnell of Carlisle; two sisters, Nellie R. Burkholder of Philadelphia, and Edna M. Melius of Carlisle; six grandchildren; a stepgrandchild; and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in his church. Burial will be in Newville Cemetery.
