Funeral services for Louis Monroe Kimbril, 68, 1601 Beech St. SE, who died Tuesday at his residence, were held Friday at 2 p.m. at Church of God of Prophecy, Rev. M.T. Lofton officiated, with burial in Decatur Cemetery, Brown Service Funeral Home directed.

Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Ethel Kimbril, Decatur; four daughters, Mrs. James Nappier, Hartselle; Mrs. Wiley P. Denney; Mrs. John D. Ford, both of Detroit, Mich; Mrs. Sherman Dilbeck, Decatur; three sons, Theron Kimbril, Eugene Kimbril, both of Detroit, Mich; Dharles Kimbril, Decatur; two sisters, Mrs. Thursey Chumbly, Mrs. Rachel Overton, both of Cullman; two brothers, Cecil Kimbril, Arkadelphia; Willie B. Kimbril, Florida; 24 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Bobby Ford, Wiley Denney, Donald Denney, Dale Dilbeck, James Nappier and Sherman Dilbeck.
