Mrs. Taylor was born Jan 19, 1895 in Clay County, d/o Edward and Elizabeth Higginson Rusk. She married Adlia Charles Taylor Oct 4, 1915 in Bement. He died May 1, 1976. Surviving are her son, Charles "Chalk" of Cerro Gordo; daughter, Joanne (Loren) Schable, Atwood; six grandchildren; and 13 gr-grandchildren. One son, two brothers and two half-brothers preceded her in death.
She was a member of Milmine Christian Church and charter member of Piatt County Home Bureau. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Assn or American Cancer Society.
