The deceased is survived by a husband, William D. Morgan, two small children and a sister, Mrs. Sadie Mears of Massachusetts, who came here a week ago to care for Mrs. Morgan during her illness.
The deceased was born in West Strobridge [sic], Mass., forty-four years ago. She moved to Northampton while a girl and was married in that city. She came to Chico about eight years ago. Mrs. Morgan was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and of the local Presbyterian church.
Rev. W.A. Hunter will officiate at the funeral this afternoon from the family home in Chapmantown at 2:30 o’clock. Burial will be made in the local cemetery.
