She was born April 25, 1914, in Cambridge, daughter of the late Alfred W. and Martha King Jeffrey. She worked as an aide in area nursing homes and with her husband at Buckeye Cleaners for 14 years. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, Golden Sixties and Guernsey Senior Citizens.
She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
Mrs. Leeper leaves her husband, Marion D. Leeper, whom she married Oct. 15, 1941; one daughter, Patricia Ann Wilson of Boca Raton, Fla.; two sisters, Ritta Lucile Schare and Naomi Ruth Walker, both of Cambridge; three grandchildren, Steven Ryan, Theresa Douglas and Jennifer Wilson, all of Boca Raton; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Thorn Funeral Home.
Graveside services and burial will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Guernsey Memory Gardens with Pastor Stephen Spurgin officiating.
