Young Man of Kenedy Killed In Fall From A Cotton Wagon

Tom Young, a son of W. E. Young, an old resident of this city, died here Wednesday from injuries sustained in an accident.

The young man was thrown from a wagon loaded with cotton and a bale fell on him, breaking his ankle and leg, and inflicting a number of bruises. He was given prompt medical attention and was thought to be getting along nicely until he suddenly took a turn for the worse and died in a short while.

A wife and small child survive.

The body was buried in the city cemetery Thursday.
