After the death of her first husband, she married William Tuggle, and had five children with him: John Ahial (1867-1955), Edie Elizabeth (1868-1944), Julia Ann (1870-1921, Charles James (1872-1937), and William Henry (1874-1953.)
William Ezekiel Smith was born in Clinton County, Kentucky in 1861. The US Federal Census of 1860, Clinton County, Kentucky, lists Ransom and Nancy Smith as residing there.
William Ezekiel Smith's death record lists Ransom Smith as his father*,and "Ezekiel" Smith together with his sister, Malissa Smith are in the home of William and Nancy Tuggle in the 1970 Federal Census. The wedding document shows that William Tuggle married Nancy Smith at the home of Charles Dabney, whom I presume to be Nancy's father.
