Rainsburg
AUGUST 26 – Mrs. Thomas Oliver, an aged lady who had been suffering for two or three weeks, died on Monday. She leaves a husband to mourn her loss. He is the oldest man in the county and having his companion taken from him, we sincerely sympathize with him in his old age and distress.

POINT, August 27 – The remains of Savilla Oliver, wife of Thomas Oliver, of Rainsburg, and sister of Ed. S. Blackburn, were brought to the residence of Mr. Blackburn on Tuesday evening, and will be interred in the Friend's cemetery at Spring Meadow to-day. Mrs. Oliver was about in her 56th year. The bereaved friends have the sympathy of our entire community in their trouble. HOOKER.
