Funeral services for Mrs. Nancy Swartwood, 87, of Coweta are being held today, Thursday, In Allen, Oklahoma at the Church of God with Bro. Cost officiating. Burial will be made in the cemetery there.
Mrs. Swartwood, a native of Alabama, died In a nursing homein Broken Arrow on March 25. She had been cared for there the last two years.
She was married to Andrew J. Borders in 1379. To this union 14 children were born. Mr. Borders passed away and she later married Jim Dunn or Coweta. After his death she married Newton Swartwood.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Bell Gray of Allen, Okla., Mrs. Stacie Wallen of Blair Okla.; and Mrs. Gracie Franklin of California; five sons, Jay Boarders of Coweta Okla.; Herman Boarders of Oakhurst Okla.; Ed Boarders of Portland Oregan; Colbert Boarders of California.
