OBITUARY: GOTTFRIED HEMPLER DEAD
After a lingering illness of about two years, Gottfried Hempler died last Thursday at the Phillipsburg hospital from the effects of cancer, aged 60 years, 8 months and 29 days. The deceased leaves to mourn his departure, five brothers and four sisters, besides other relatives and many friends. Funeral services were held at the East church at Stuttgart Sunday afternoon and the remains laid to rest in the cemetery at that place. A complete obituary will be published in the Review next week.
