William S. Devoe, a former resident of Argyle, and well known here, died at his home in White Creek, in Adams County.
He is survived by five daughters and two sons. C.W. Devoe of Argyle and Clarence Devoe of Blanchardville, are brothers. A sister, Mrs. Mille Pinkham, lives at Goldfield, Iowa.
