Infant son and twin brother with James Tilford Otis. Both infants died one day apart. Their parents were Albert Johnson Otis and Mary Elizabeth Hilb Otis. At the time of their birth, they were living at 1236 India Street, San Diego.

In the 1970s the cemetery was converted into the Mission Hills Memorial Park, and only 150 of the original 2016 gravestones were salvaged. These 150 gravestones were placed near the stone wall closest to the Middle School. The markers for these children were not salvaged. All records relating to the exact locations of the graves in the park were reported to have been lost in a fire, although a book has been published listing who is buried there along with some photographs of the old grave markers.
