Born 22 October 1898 in Adams county, Illinois. His parents were John Easley and his wife, the former Mae Hastings.

Benjamin Franklin Easley received his education in Meredosia area schools.

He married Elnora Davis Hudson, 10 January 1924, in Winchester, Illinois.

Benjamin F. Easley worked for Rock Island Millworks 12 years, 1951 through 1963. He later moved to Beardstown, Illinois. In earlier life, he had worked as a button cutter in the city of Meredosia.

He was a resident of Rock Island, Illinois, when he passed away in Moline, Illinois. His wife, Elnora Easley, predeceased him, in 1953. In addition, two brothers preceded him in death.

Surviving to mourn were: one daughter; two stepdaughters; three grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, two great-grandsons, and 14 step-great-grandchildren. Also a brother, Charles Easley; five half-brothers, two sisters, and two half-sisters.

Funeral took place at a Meredosia, Illinois funeral parlor. Interment took place at Oakland cemetery in Meredosia, Morgan county, Illinois.
