Lucy was the daughter of Charles Atkinson and Sarah Catherine Evilsizer. She was married to Irvin Starcher. Her death certificate has her DOB as June 15, 1877. But her parents Charles and Sarah were married May of 1879. Lucy does not appear in the 1880 census, so I suggest she was actally born June 16, 1880 which is a year after the marriage.
