AUBURNDALE - Mrs. Alice Levada Best, 63, P. K. Avenue, died in a south Florida hospital Friday evening. She was born in Houston County, Ala. and moved to Auburndale 26 years ago. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Auburndale and the O.E.S. chapter No. 149. Survivors include her husband, Hasten L. Best; one son, Ralph Best, Auburndale; three sisters Mrs. Gertrude Smith of Cottonwood, Ala., Mrs. Susie Taylor of Ashford, Ala., and Mrs. May Hadden, Dothan, Ala.; two brothers, Edgar Baxley and Johnny Baxley, both of Auburndale, and one grandchild.
