Kodi Leann Chamberlain, age 22, passed away June 20, 2010 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born in Tallahassee and graduated from Mckeel Academy, Lakeland in 2006.
A loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, Leann is survived by her sons Tristan and Zayden, parents Trent & Sheila Chamberlain, grandmother Sara L. Byrd, sisters Summer Fulmer and Jillian Chamberlain, brother Daulton, nephew & niece Joshua and Payton.
Burial was at Eagle Lake Church of Christ Cemetery.
