Having suffered a paralytic stroke two weeks ago from which she never rallied. The deceased was a member of the Transport M. E. Church having moved there as a bride. It was largely through her efforts that the Tabernacle, to be used for religious services, was maintained and throughout the years it was she who designated the spot where each new grave should be made. Her joy was to keep the burying grounds in perfect condition.

Her husband, E. B. Pullen, and a son, Ben, together with two small children, preceded her in death.

F. Stovall, G. S. Stovall, Mrs. E. Walker, Mrs. Jack Pyburn, Mrs. Will Walker, Mrs. W. M. Anders, and Mrs. Tom Anders.

The funeral services were attended by a host of relatives and friends. A number of colored friends with heads bowed in grief were permitted to file past the casket. The body was tenderly bourn to its final resting place amid a bower of beautiful flowers, by the hands of a group of her nephews, namely: W. G. Walker, M. W. Walker, R. J. Walker, B. M. Stovall, R.
