CAROLYN J. LISK, 51, of Memphis, waitress, died Thursday at Baptist Memorial Hospital East. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today at Bethesda Cemetery in Senatobia, Miss. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. She leaves two daughters, Tawanna Brokl of Memphis and Rhonda Burks of Memphis; a son, Gary L. Lisk of Memphis; her father, Herbert Boling of Memphis; a sister, Virginia Derrington of Nesbit, Miss.; a brother, Herbert Boling Jr. of Carrollton, Ky., and two grandchildren.
