Vera Frances Huggins, 74 died Nov 26, 1999, a native of Gastonia, NC was the daughter of the late James Leland Huggins, Sr and Minnie Laughter. She was the mother of the late Tammy Jo Daley and the late Becky Davis, the sister of the late Tommy and James L Huggins, Jr, great grandmother of late gr grandchild. She died while visiting her daughter in Indiana. at Danville, Hendricks, Indiana. She was brought home to Columbia, S. C. to be buried.
