FUNERAL SUNDAY FOR MRS. ROSE LINN, 80
Mrs. Rose A. Linn, 80, 118 North Williams St., Bluffton, died suddenly at 8:30 Tuesday morning at the Clinic Hospital 15 minutes after her arrival there. Her death was attributed to a heart attack.
Born Jan. 18, 1876, at Linn Grove she was the daughter of Peter and Christine Meshberger Bierie. Her first marriage was to Joseph Bears who died Aug. 29, 1911. A second marriage was to Oliver Linn who died June 16, 1949. She was a member of the First Methodist Church.
Surviving are five stepchildren, Miss Grace Linn, Indianapolis, Mrs. Jesse Ellenberger, Bluffton R. R., Mrs. David Sprunger, Waynedale, Mrs. Bill Windmiller, Fort Wayne and Walter Linn, Bluffton Route 3 and two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Gehrig, Decatur, and Mrs. Josephine Larson of California.
The body was removed to the Jahn, Goodwin & Reed Funeral Home, where friends may call.
Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Sunday at the Old Salem Church with Rev. George Holston officiating. Burial will be in the Alberson Cemetery.
