INJURED BY TRAIN
PROVO, Nov. 30,—Nellie Laura Conklin, 12 years of age, died at the Aird hospital Tuesday as a result of injuries suffered in an accident in the local railroad yards Monday night.
In company with her brothers, Thomas, 13, and Bert, 8, the child was gathering coal along the railroad tracks, when they stopped to let a D. & R. G. W. freight train go by. Her companions were unable to tell how the accident occurred but it is believed that she put out her hand to touch the moving train and was caught and hurled to her death.
