Children: Robert Chester Brown, who married Catherine M. Green; Upton Jeremiah Brown, who married Mae E. Strausbaugh; Charles Woodrow Brown, (first) married Cora May Miner, (second) Margaret R. Brennerman, and Wilbur Brown.

Rosco B. Brown, 81 of Cascade died Friday evening at the Washington County Hospital, Hagerstown.
He was a veteran of World War I.
He is survived by four children, Robert C. Brown, Hagerstown, Upton J. Brown, Charles W. Brown and Wilbur W. Brown all of Waynesboro.
The body was removed to the Creager Funeral home Thursday where friends may call tonight.
Brief services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 with further services at Mt. Bethel Methodist Church near Foxville at 2 p.m.
Burial will be made in the church cemetery.
