Otis E. Aubrey, 77, of Cicero died Tuesday at Crouse Hospital. He was born in Malone. He was a 1942 graduate of East Syracuse High School. He retired after 35 years as superintendent of area substations at Niagara Mohawk. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Andrews Memorial United Methodist Church. Survivors: His wife of 57 years, the former Shirley M. Morey; a sister, Clara Wood of Minnesota; a brother, William "Bill" of Florida; two grandsons; a great-granddaughter.
Services: 9 a.m. Saturday at Fergerson Funeral Home. Burial, Sunset Chapel Mausoleum of Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, 215 S. Main St., North Syracuse . Contributions: Andrews Memorial United Methodist Church, 106 Church St., North Syracuse 13212.
