George Senter Fuller was one of the cowboys in Captain Seth Bullock's Cowboy Brigade who took their horses to Washington DC in March of 1905 to ride in the inaugural parade to honor President Teddy Roosevelt.

George Fuller came to the Black Hills country in 1886 or '87 and for several years was employed with his brother, Fred, on the SB ranch owned by Sol Star and Seth Bullock just east of Belle Fourche. He served one term as sheriff of Butte County.
