ALLEGAN, Mich.--Frances I Kasinger died Friday (June 14, 1996). She taught school in the Mountain Home School District before moving to Columbia, Mich.
Mrs. Kasinger was born May 27, 1920, in Trenton, Neb., to Samuel and Maggie Cole Grigg. She married Sollie F. Kasinger in 1938 in Gainesville, Mo.
She was a homemaker and loved to play bingo.
She is survived by a son, Dewayne Kasinger, and a daughter, Joyce Schultz, both of Grand Junction, Mich.; a sister, Jewell Shoulders of Zeeland, Mich.; five brothers, Joe Grigg of Norfork, Elry Grigg of Allegan, Keith Grigg of Scotts Bluff, Neb., Vernon Grigg of Redmond, Ore., and Charles Grigg of Sun City, Ariz.; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Hal Kasinger; a brother, Earl Grigg; and two grandchildren.
Visitiation will be 9 a.m.-9.p.m. Monday at Roller Funeral Home with the family reciving friends 6-8 p.m. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Roller Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will be in Quality Ridge Cemetery.
